Q.Will I be automatically billed after the 1-year free trial?
Upon your initial signup, a free trial period of one year is provided regardless of whether you've registered a payment method.
After the free trial period concludes, you will not be billed automatically unless you have separately registered a card on the DONUE website.
Q.When is the billing date for the recurring subscription plan?
Your subscription will renew and be billed on the same date of the following month, based on the day you first made payment.
For instance, if you made your first payment on May 23rd, your account would be automatically billed on June 23rd.
Q.Do the remaining contract usage counts roll over?
The DONUE pricing plans operate on a monthly or yearly renewal system. The available contract usage quota is reset each period and does not roll over.
Q.Can I change my pricing plan?
Yes, all types of pricing plans can be changed. However, the changes will take effect after the end date of your current plan.
Q.Can I add more if I exhaust all of the contracts on my monthly plan?
If you exhaust all of the contracts on your subscription plan, you can freely add more by purchasing a per-case plan.
*What is a per-case plan?
→ This is a product that allows you to purchase additional contracts as needed, and it is valid for one year.
Q.Can an enterprise account use the personal plan?
The difference between the personal and enterprise plans lies in the functionalities they offer. The enterprise plan is optimized for the contract format of enterprise members. After checking the feature comparison chart, you can select and use the appropriate plan.
